Meet your coach
Anna
My path wasn't a straight line. After 13 years in Finance, I felt called to a field where my empathy was a strength, not a distraction. I retrained in Psychology (BSc) and Paediatric Neuropsychology (MSc at UCL).
That is where I discovered "Executive Functions" - a massive lightbulb moment. I realised my own school struggles weren’t character flaws; they were simply skills I hadn’t been taught.
That is the gap I want to fill. Schools demand these skills but rarely teach them, leaving many to feel "stupid" or "disorganised." I founded Neuro Nurture to change that narrative, turning scientific understanding into practical, everyday wins.
My Coaching Style
Don’t expect a drill sergeant. My approach is warm, inquisitive, and collaborative.
Crucially, I demystify the brain. I teach clients that things like "Working Memory" are functions, not flaws. When we understand why we struggle, shame evaporates and curiosity takes over.
I bring the neuroscience, but you are the expert on your life. Together, we build a toolkit that works with your brain, not against it.
When I’m not coaching...
You will find me being Mum to my two young girls. They are my world, but they also keep me humble - I am right there in the parenting trenches with you and know exactly what "morning chaos" feels like!
Alongside coaching and motherhood, I have been volunteering as a Childline counsellor since 2017. It is a deeply rewarding role that has taught me the true power of holding space and listening without judgment.
To balance all of this energy, I seek stillness on my yoga mat or on long walks in nature. These "pause buttons" ensure I show up as the best version of myself for my family, my volunteer work, and for you.
